Sailfish are highly sought after as game fish due to their strength and agility. These impressive creatures can exceed 10 feet in length and weigh as much as 220 pounds. Once hooked, they put up a vigorous fight, leaping and diving repeatedly, and may take hours to reel in.

This artwork features three layers of laminated African Mahogany and 6061 aluminum. The mahogany is dyed instead of stained, allowing the wood's natural characteristics to shine through, and is finished with an acrylic lacquer.
